I understand that accuracy of my needs and dates are my responsibility. I agree to pay the deposit required and total balance amount according to Animals First, policies terms & conditions. And agree that my credit card issuer/bank will adhere to this agreement. I confirm and agree that my deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable under any circumstances (including, emergencies, injury, sickness or death). In the event that the trip is cancelled my deposit cannot be used for future dates. Notice of at least 72 business hours 9am-5pm, M,T,Th,F,S is required for any cancellation (closed Wed & Sun). If reservation is cancelled for ANY reason: Within 72 hours of start of services a $50 cancellation fee per pet, will be charged to client's credit card. If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of entire bill will be charged to client's credit card. If no notice is given (within 24 hours of start of service) client's credit card will be charged for the full amount (100%) of the entire stay. Once again, I confirm that I understand and agree to Animals First, entire terms and conditions, regarding the deposit, and balances due.
